step 1 to a Slimlife
When you join Slimlife, you'll be given four personal coaching sessions, each
lasting one hour - this is step 1.
Over the course of these four sessions, typically one per week, I will give you a personal programme that will include:
- a diet personal to you and your tastes
- an activity plan you can enjoy
- the How To Be Slim formula to help you stay at your ideal weight

We all have different likes and dislikes when it comes to food - I do not
dictate to you what to eat.
When dieting, pacing is everything. I believe that eating regularly is the
key to successful weight loss. Rather than getting hung up on weighing
everything and counting calories, it's better to judge visually how much to
eat. This is the essence of the Slimlife approach.

Fitting exercise into your busy life is never easy. I can help you to both
manage your time more effectively and to find an activity you enjoy - going
to the gym isn't the only way to get fit.
How To Be Slim
This is all about how to listen to your body. By learning how to do this,
you can start to think and act like a slim, healthy person.
At the end of step 1, you can expect to lose from 10-14 lbs.
