Tried The Lot
I am now in my forties and have had two children. I have been struggling with my weight since puberty and like many women have tried the lot - hideous supplement drinks, slimming clubs, wacky diets, supportive underwear!

However when Sarah introduced me to Slimlife she made me believe I could change my body shape if I really wanted to, and that this change could be forever if I chose to implement exercise and healthy eating.

Of course, I had heard all this before - but the way Sarah put it to me, I could see that I could make the changes fit in with my life so easily.

Bags More Energy
With personal support and encouragement from Sarah I devised my plan and sure enough it was very soon that I noticed I had bags more energy, my muscles were developing in the right places and the reduced portions of healthy food were actually making me feel better!

Soon compliments from family and friends became an added incentive to maintain my new lifestyle - in fact I have friends who have joined me in the lifestyle changes and we spur each other on.

We swim two or three times a week and go dog walking together.

Never Going Back
Nine months later I am at the stage of 'never going back'. I know that I have changed my view of myself and gained confidence and I enjoy my life in my improved body more than in the flabby one. I'm hooked!

how telephone coaching works

Sally chose to follow the Slimlife telephone coaching plan.

Each week Sally was given a worksheet to go through.

Each worksheet gave Sally the chance to really think about her diet and lifestyle and to think about WHY changes, if any, needed to be made. There is no point in changing anything about your life unless you are very clear about why you are doing it and what the benefits are to you.

The worksheet topic was discussed over the phone as well as any other issues that came up to do with Sally's eating habits and lifestyle. The following is a summary of what was discussed each week and a detailed description of what Sally ate.
